Heidi Creselious: Depends on how you maintain your car. if ou have been taking care of it it should make it with a rest. just make sure your oil level is fine and water level checking this is important!

But your car is a machine it doesn't get tired, it doesn't need a coffee break, it doesn't know any thing, just take your time rest up for a while if ''you'' need too.I do a regular 400 miler, some times take a break some times not. I'm doing it again this weekend, both ways, 800+ miles. it's what yo are used to doing, so if your not in to long time distance mileages YOU are the one that needs the break. Donnie Bolio: Drive sane & if its not ! in disrepair you should be fine.Its a dodge check the oil,coolant & tire air pressure.Take 2 quarts of oil & 1 gallion of coolant with you Just in case you run low.
