Neely Youngblut: Without a license, you are probably not going to be able to finance or insure the car.Unless maybe if it was in BOTH names, then you might stand a shot.
Ardath Templer: We both will be on the registration. I spoke to the dealer and he is able to put us both as registrants. The only thing I wonder about now, is will insurance be an issue, because it will only be in his name, not mine (Im the loan holder)
