Hilde Heskett: So summer is in 2 months (Australia) and I want to loose as much weight as possible! I need a whole range of exercises especially to tone my legs and flatten my stomach. I've of a semi flat stomach if that makes sense it doesn't bulge out in front of mr or anything it's just mainly the sides of my stomach. I've been on the excercise bike for about 4-5 weeks and I can definitely see the differenc, but I need a couple of other really good exercises and eating habits!
