Lissette Semon: The Green Card is entirely for foreigners who live permanently in the US. Canada has nothing to do with it. If you want to emigrate to a foreign country, you'll have to check with the Canadian requirements. I suggest you go to www.visajourney.com and ask in the Candadian forum for the requirements. There are a lot of Canadians who should know.
